HOW DOES THIS WORK?

A remote access session allows us to connect to your PC or Mac and see everything you see on your screen, check system settings, install programs and troubleshoot common issues.

To get started simply download our Remote Access Application for PC here or for Apple Mac here , book a remote access session to arrange a time for a technician to securely connect to your machine, run the downloaded file for PC or Mac and finally let our technician know your unique partner ID and Password to allow us to connect to you. That's all there is to it!

The beauty of this method is you are in control of the session and can disconnect at anytime. You are also able to watch us as we work around you machine. Once the remote session is complete we will disconnect and you can safely and easily remove the software. Its all done securely and safely and no software stays in your system should you choose to delete the application.

The whole process connects via the internet and so a fast broadband connection is required.

This software works perfectly on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 as well as Apple Mac OS-X versions 10.4 and higher.

  • I am on a dial up connection can I use this service?
  • Technically yes. However the speed of a typically dial up connection makes it very difficult to perform this service. We strongly recommend a fast broadband connection
  • After the remote access session can hackers or others connect to my machine?
  • No. Due to the way our software works you actually connect to us. This means there are no open gateways or connection points left running in your machine after the remote access session has ended.
  • Do I need to be present when you are performing the remote assistance session?
  • YES & NO. We may require your interaction to begin the session and may also need you to be present for system re-boots when installing software but we can also perform quite a few tasks without you being present .For regular remote access sessions we would typically set it up so you are not required to be in the room while we work. This is commonly setup for our business customers.
