How We Do Things
We keep it simple. Choose an On-site service or arrange to drop in your repair to us.
Drop in Repairs
Have a broken screen , need a hardware upgrade or have a laptop that doesn’t turn on? then this option makes sense. It saves you money with a fixed price or pre-quoted amount with no surprises once completed. In addition we have many services that are fixed price in nature view them all here.
1. Book It and Drop it in.
Arrange a time to drop in your device to us we will typically assess and diagnose the same day.
2. We Assess Your Device
Your device is assessed usually for FREE unless advanced diagnosis or disassembly is required. We let you know progress as we go by email, phone or message.
3. We Quote
We provide a quote taking into account our time plus any required parts or additional costs and provide a time frame for completion. If you accept our quote we get started. If you choose no to repair we are happy to work with you to choose another option that suits you. A deposit may be required for special or high value parts. We will let you know if this is the case in advance.
4. Complete and Collect
Once the repair is completed we will contact you to arrange collection. Payment can be made via EFT-Pos or prior bank transfer.
On-site Service
We come to you so its nice and easy. Printer setups, internet problems network installations and device configurations would require an on-site service as these sorts of IT tasks require us to use your internet connection and modem to correctly configure.
1. Book It
Use our booking form or simply call us to discuss. We then book a time that suits you to visit and confirm it by email.
2. We Visit
We arrive exactly at the day and time and get started. Pricing is nice and simple at $138 Including GST for the first hour on-site which is more than enough time for simple network setups , malware removal and printer setups. If more time is required we charge $23 Including GST for each 10 minute block of time that follows.
3. No Surprises
Should we discover a hardware fault or other unforeseen issue with your computer or setup we will let you know right away and discuss the best action going forward so as to not waste your money.
4. Job Completed
With the job all done to your satisfaction we email our invoice onsite and have mobile EFT-POS for you convience.
