Onsite Service - We Visit you
We visit your home or business saving you time and trouble. Pickup and delivery included should workshop time be required.
The minimum call out fee includes time onsite and travel within our service area with other areas no problem ask for a quote!
Should your task take longer than the included hour this is charged at $23 inc GST for each 10 minute block of time so you only pay for our actual time onsite. Estimates can be provided prior to our visit depending on your specific needs.
Perfect for network and WIFI setup, internet and printer problems, security camera setup, Google Chromecast or other gadgets installed, software and hardware troubleshooting for both laptops , desktop PC and Apple devices of all kinds.
Workshop Service - you visit us
For repairs requiring disassembly , advanced troubleshooting or additional time to solve we recommend booking a time to drop off your repair to us or arrange to have your device collected at a small charge. Pricing varies depending on the exact issue so we assess and quote a fixed price.
Screen replacements , liquid damage, operating system installs, component level repairs, troubleshooting for PC and Apple laptops, desktop computers and mobile devices, data recovery and much more.
*We offer free assessments in many cases however should advanced troubleshooting or major disassembly be required a fixed price of $86.25 applies. Unlike other companies we do not charge upfront for assessments!
We try our very best to keep assessments free where possible.

Remote Access Service
We connect via the internet to your PC or Apple laptop or desktop computer. Secure and convient service for a range of problems wherever you are in the world! – This service is not suitable for hardware issues or WIFI or networking problems in most cases.
Operating System Reinstall - No backup
A clean Windows or Mac operating system reinstall – All data removed and a fresh operating system installed. Workshop service only.
Operating System Reinstall - With full backup and data transfer
A full backup of your Windows or Mac computer with OS reinstal and data transfer. We copy all of your personal data and settings where possible to a new computer or existing machine. Workshop service only
Supertune
A full software and operating system cleanup , tune and assessment. Includes a full hardware check , hard drive test with hardware upgrade options should they be required. Workshop Service only.
Device Backup and Data Transfer
Tablets , iPad , Mobile phone data backup and transfer to a new device. Workshop service perferred but can be done onsite for some devices just ask!
Email or Phone Advice
As we have always done it. Free advice via email or phone until forever!
Onsite Printer and Scanner Setup
We visit you to setup network or wireless printers and scanners. We can also supply the device and offer expert solutions for your particular needs.
Onsite WIFI troubleshooting
Need help with WIFI not reaching all parts of your home or devices with frequent disconnections we can help and supply fantastic performing wireless mesh systems from Ubiquity and Tp-Link. Price includes one hour onsite hardware not included please ask for a quote as we have lots of options.
Onsite IoT Setup
Iot or Internet of things as its known are devices such as internet connected light bulbs ,Google Chomecast streaming devices and personal assistants such Amazon Alexa and Google Home. Price includes one hour onsite hardware not includes ask for a quote.
Malware and Virus Check and Removal
Onsite or drop in malware , spyware and virus removal. We examine your basic computer health and advise on ways you can protect your online presence. We can also supply and install malware and Antivirus protection software.
Post Scam Check and Report
Have fallen foul from the online or phone scammer? Given access to your computer and potentially given personal details away? Get in touch with your bank and then us for a full report and system scan. No stone left unturned!
