Is my device worth repairing?
We really love to fix things! however sometimes it just doesn’t make sense for older devices or serious damage. We never waste your time or money and will give you all of the options in advanced.
Are you Apple Authorised?
No. We are not Apple authorised and to be brutally honest unless you require warranty repairs the advantage we can offer is often Apple authorised repair agents are tied to Apples restrictive policys which limits the scope and yypes of repairs they are able to offer. For example in the event of a liquid spill, options for repair would be very limited and would essentially be a pricey repair or replacement of the device itself. We are one of the few repair companies who have the tools and knowledge to perform component level repairs the right way. And no cleaning alone is not enough to repair modern devices. We offer the same parts quality and warranty provided by Apple authorised repairers.
Is it better to goto Apple authorised repairers for device repair?
Yes and No. If your Apple device is still under warranty we recommend having your device repaired by an Apple authorised repair agent unless you need it performed quickly or the damage would void your warranty anyway such as liquid or impact damage. It is a complete myth that 3rd party repair companies will perform inferior work or offer poor service or parts. We have frankly seen more than a few examples of so called Apple authorised repairs and advice that was well below par. Shop around and read honest reviews.
