Over the last couple years all of my school exams I haven't been able to use my laptop on exam.net (laptop version 2017, macbook air) , resorting to borrowing laptops from the school, all teachers and classmates told me I had to get a new computer and this was amplified by my need for a new version of google chrome for ncea exams that I couldn't get on my current version of my laptop, A family member recommended Mark (Oh No! Computer) and Mark did someone magic on my laptop and all of a sudden, it's faster, can use all the recent applications and I won't be needing a new laptop for the rest of my schooling, would highly recommend Oh No Computer! for any issues people would say are impossible to fix. Not only that, prices are extremely reasonable and Mark is very capable and friendly man.

Fantastic service ! Mark explained what was required well, he let us know when he found a little extra he needed to do. He repaired our laptop quickly and even with the extra work it was extremely well priced. 5 stars !!

What an amazing service!

Outstanding service!
Not only did Mark very promptly reply to my email, but also collected my mac for repair within a day. Excellent communication throughout repair process, and a very reasonable bill (most other places would charge far more). He also offered economical options – such as a restored second hand battery instead of new. I had my mac back within the same week. Highly recommend – you just don’t get this level of service anymore. Thanks so much Mark 🙂
Emailed Mark on a Sunday
He arrived Monday and with a few taps on the keyboard of my slow running computer Mark had a diagnosis. He took the computer away and returned it on Tuesday with the new hard drive as explained prior. I was given a complete diagnosis and cost before he went ahead with the work. WOW, WAS I IMPRESSED when I sat down and used the computer again. WAAAY FASTER than when new. I couldn’t have asked for a more prompt and polite service, I am really pleased. you will be too.
