About Us
How it all started
Our Story
Ohno! mobile computer repairs began in 2007 and like many a small business startup story we ran Ohno! from a small space (In fact our tiny flat) in Christchurch City with our core business consisting mainly as an onsite service repairing laptops, desktops and providing quality IT services at an affordable price with old fashioned service and attention to detail.
With no advertising budget to speak of our business grew by word of mouth alone. We worked hard to provide a high level of service and grew our skill set considerably from the standard IT service set provided by other companies in the area and adding more technical component level repairs for Apple and PC devices, networking and WIFI troubleshooting, data recovery and electronic troubleshooting into our list of available services.
These days with a great more competition locally and within New Zealand we sit nicely between being big enough and smart enough to provide a great range of IT and repair services to both home and small business customers yet to small enough to provide old fashioned fast and friendly customer focused personalised service to Christchurch and the greater Canterbury region including West Melton, Darfield and Rolleston areas and beyond.
